Setting up a Headshot Lounge at a conference is always a great way to attract attendees to your stand. This year my team and I had the honour to set up a portable headshot studio for AdRoll's booth at ShopTalk 2024 Barcelona, for the second time. It turned out to be a huge success - it attracted more than 500 attendees and outgrew expectations.

Besides setting up the portable photography studio, where the attendees had a chance to have their headshots taken, we organised a professional touch-up station. Both turned out to be a big success.

If you're looking for a unique way to draw the audience to your stand at a conference in Barcelona, the headshot lounge can be just what you need. It attracts people organically, you get a chance to talk to them without being "pushy", offer them something valuable, and then collect their details. It's a win-win for both.

How your company can benefit from setting up a Headshot Lounge at an event:

1. Networking and Lead Generation.

Lead Capture: You can offer headshots in exchange for contact details or participation in follow-up communications, building a strong potential client base.

Attracts Foot Traffic: A headshot booth encourages more people to visit your company's booth or event space, generating more opportunities for interactions and networking.

2. Professional Branding for Attendees

Company Alignment: Attendees associate the company with their professional development, strengthening positive brand associations.

Elevates Personal Image: Offering professional headshots helps attendees present themselves with polished, high-quality photos for use on LinkedIn, company profiles, or resumes.

3. Enhanced Attendee Experience

Convenience: Attendees often seek opportunities for updated headshots. Offering this service on-site is a major draw and time-saver.

Memorable Event Feature: A Headshot Lounge provides a unique and valuable takeaway, increasing attendee satisfaction and engagement.
